Refund policy

We understand that picking the right color is difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we recommend purchasing a swatch ring before making future hair orders. We are happy to exchange your unopened Blend Hair Extensions for a set of the correct color within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons, we only exchange items that have yet to be opened, worn, or tampered with.

To start a return, you can contact us at blendhc@icloud.com. If your order is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it takes time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
