Shipping policy
We offer various shipping options to give you choices for receiving your order.
- Economy ($13) : 7-10 business days
- Standard ($18): 4-5 business days
- Rush ($33): 2-3 business days
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the current pandemic, you may experience potential shipping delays.
In-Store Pickup
Avoid shipping and delivery fees with free local pickup at our Downtown Rochester location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is prepared, along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 9 A.M. and 2 P.M. EST. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders take up to 14 business days to ship or become available for pickup.
If your order is a mixture of in-stock and pre-order items, shipment of your in-stock items may be delayed until your pre-order item is ready for shipping. To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
